The estimated 10,000,000 users of drinking water made available with WATA-produced chlorine are counted towards the target of 300in6.

- www.sswm.info The Sustainable Sanitation and Water Management Toolbox is the most comprehensive collection of tools and approaches to improve water resources management sanitation at a local level. Information on water purification is notably featured.

In response to a severe cholera outbreak in Guinea in 2006, UNICEF partnered with Tinkisso, a local NGO in the region of Dabola that produces active chlorine with WATA devices.
