After sunset, light is therefore a luxury that only a handful of people can afford. However, lighting is not only essential for children's schooling and life at home. It also provides security to the communities, especially when roads with heavy traffic cross their village. Furthermore, in all societies, light plays an important social role by stimulating gathering and exchanges.
LED (Light-Emitting Diode) technology is a fast-growing development area. These new sources of light are becoming more and more energy-efficient and their price decreases consistently. Our products, based on the best LED technology combined with our own innovative micro-chips, are specifically conceived for the very needs of poor populations. Our ambition is to make light a good accessible to all.
